2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is published to present Interweb’s web design, web software, e-commerce, mobile app, SEO, social media and digital marketing services, to allow visitors to request quotes and information, and to provide informative content.

3. Rules of Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Submit content that violates applicable law, public morality or the rights of third parties,
Send spam, malicious code or misleading information through forms, comments or chat,
Attempt to damage or overload the Site’s infrastructure or bypass its security measures,
Collect, copy or reproduce Site content without permission using automated tools,
Make requests on behalf of another person or organization without their permission.

If use contrary to these rules is detected, Interweb reserves the right to block the user’s access to the Site and to take legal action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights to all content on the Site, including design, text, logo, graphics, video and software, belong to Interweb or its licensors and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property. Except for short quotations with attribution, this content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Client brands, logos and images shown in the references and portfolio sections belong to the respective clients and are displayed only to present our work, with our clients’ knowledge.

5. Accuracy of Information and Prices

Content on the Site is for general information and, although prepared with care, its accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Package and service prices on the Site are for information only and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. The binding price, scope and delivery time are set in a written quote prepared for your project. Interweb may change prices and content on the Site without prior notice; such changes do not apply to accepted quotes.

6. Live Chat and Communication Channels

Answers given via live chat, WhatsApp, email and forms are preliminary information; they do not replace a written quote and do not constitute a contract on their own.

7. Customer Reviews

Customer reviews on the Site are taken mainly from our Google Business Profile and from our customers’ own posts. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party sites such as our social media accounts, YouTube and Google Maps. Interweb is not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of these sites; their own terms apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

Interweb takes reasonable care to keep the Site running without interruption or error; however, except where liability cannot be limited by law, it cannot be held liable for access interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, cyber attacks or other reasons beyond its control, or for indirect damages arising from decisions made based on Site content.

Personal data you share through the Site is processed under our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

Interweb may update these terms at any time. The updated terms take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the current terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes. The rights of users acting as consumers to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
