This page sets out the quote, payment, delivery, cancellation and refund rules for the web design, web software, e-commerce, mobile app, SEO, social media management and digital marketing services you purchase from Interweb. If your project-specific written quote or contract contains a different provision, that provision applies.
1. Quote and Ordering Process
- You send your request via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- After understanding your needs, we prepare a written quote covering the scope, delivery time, revision rights and payment plan.
- The order is confirmed and work begins once the quote is approved in writing (by email or signed quote) and the initial payment stated in the quote is made.
- Unless another period is stated, quotes are valid for 15 days.
2. Prices and Payment
- Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT.
- Package prices on the website are starting prices; the final price is set in the quote according to the project scope.
- Payments are made by bank transfer or other methods stated in the quote. The payment plan (initial, interim and delivery payments) is included in the written quote.
- A legally compliant invoice is issued for every payment.
- Fees for monthly services such as social media management and SEO are paid in advance, before the relevant month begins.
3. Domain, Hosting and Third-Party Costs
- Our website packages include domain, hosting and SSL certificate for the first year. In the following years, renewals are made at current prices, and you are reminded before expiry.
- Third-party costs such as paid plugins, themes, software licenses, payment gateway (virtual POS) commissions and stock images are stated separately in the quote.
- Ad budgets paid to Google, Meta and other platforms are separate from Interweb’s service fee and are paid directly to the relevant platform.
4. Delivery Process and Client Input
- The delivery time is stated in the quote and starts from the date all content needed for the project (text, logo, images, product information, access details, etc.) is fully received.
- Delays caused by late delivery of content or approvals are added to the delivery time.
- Completed work is first presented for your approval in a preview/staging environment and goes live after your approval.
5. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revisions stated in the quote. A revision means corrections within the approved scope. Requests for new pages, modules or features outside the scope are priced separately as additional work.
6. Ownership and Delivered Files
- Once the full project fee is paid, the usage rights to the designs and content created for you are transferred to you and the admin panel access details are handed over.
- Third-party software, themes and plugins used in the project are subject to their own license terms.
- Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, we may show the completed project on our website and social media accounts for reference and portfolio purposes.
7. Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase the service as a consumer (outside a commercial or professional purpose), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason, under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. However, under Article 15 of the same Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Services whose performance has started with your approval before the withdrawal period ends,
- Design and software work prepared specifically according to your personal needs.
Requesting that work begin immediately when confirming your order indicates that you have been informed of this and have given your approval. If you purchase the service for your company, business or professional activity, it is a commercial transaction and the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation before work starts: your payment is refunded, minus any non-refundable third-party costs purchased on your behalf, such as domains or licenses.
- Cancellation after work has started: the work completed up to the cancellation date is calculated in proportion to the quoted price; any amount you have paid in excess of this and of third-party costs is refunded. Files for the completed work are handed over to you.
- Monthly services: you can end monthly services such as social media management and SEO at any time by giving written notice at least 15 days before the next period begins. The fee for a month that has already started is not refunded.
- Non-refundable items: registered domains, activated licenses and ad budgets already spent on advertising platforms cannot be refunded.
- Approved refunds are made within 14 days at the latest after the cancellation request is finalized, using the original payment method or to the bank account you provide.

9. Support and Bug Fixes
Errors caused by us in the delivered project are fixed free of charge during the support period stated in the quote. Changes made by the client, third-party updates and out-of-scope requests are not covered; a maintenance package or a separate quote is offered for such work.
10. Disputes
Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Customers acting as consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set each year, and to Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits. For commercial customers, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
